Cela signifie que le filtre est encrassé et que les grosses poussières au contact du champ électrique provoquent un court circuit. Tout comme les moustiques qui passent près des pièges électriques, cela engendre un claquement. Il n'y a rien de dangereux, mais il faut passer à la phase "entretien" de votre purificateur d'air en nettoyant le filtre HPP selon le manuel utilisateur. Pensez aussi à vérifier que le préfiltre et filtre charbon sont récents.
Certains purificateurs d'air sont livrés avec une cartouche et un coton à imbiber prévu à cet usage.
Effectivement, le volet peut être difficile à fermer. Vérifiez au préalable que le filtre HPP est bien positionné et ne gêne pas la fermeture. Appuyez très fort avec les 2 pouces en même temps sur les emplacements indiqués.
