Air purification in 3 steps

  • Step 1: Polluted air is drawn in through the openings on the underside of the unit.
  • Step 2: The air is filtered of animal hair, dust, pollen and VOCs. These are stopped by the EPA11 filter. The activated carbon will destroy unpleasant odours.
  • Step 3: The cleaned air is released into the room through the openings above the unit. At the same time, BULDAIR generates negative ions, which improve your well-being and weigh down the pollutant particles so that they precipitate to the ground.

    Pourquoi mon purificateur d'air génère t-il une légère odeur après quelques semaines d'utilisation ?

    Si le filtre de votre purificateur d'air contient du charbon actif, alors celui-ci est d'origine végétale. Il va produire une légère odeur qui va s'estomper avec le temps. Cette odeur n'est pas forcément désagréable et est tout à fait normale.

    Puis-je diffuser des huiles essentielles avec mon purificateur d'air ?

    Certains purificateurs d'air sont livrés avec une cartouche et un coton à imbiber prévu à cet usage.

    Pourquoi mon purificateur d'air ne diffuse-t-il pas suffisamment d’huiles essentielles ?

    Il faut mettre une certaine quantité d'huile sur le coton de diffusion : il doit être complètement imbibé. Attention, il ne faut pas diluer ces huiles dans de l'eau.

    Puis-je brancher mon purificateur d'air en USB sur mon ordinateur ?

    Oui, sa consommation est très faible et permet son raccord sur n'importe quelle prise USB.

    Que faire si la lumière bleue de mon purificateur d'air clignote ?

    Essayez de brancher votre Buldair sur une autre prise USB (celle du chargeur de votre téléphone par exemple). Si le problème subsiste, c'est que le produit dysfonctionne, contactez notre SAV.

    Que faire si le ventilateur ne tourne plus ?

    Si la lumière est bleue et qu'il n'y a plus de flux d'air, votre ventilateur est en panne. Il faut vous rapprocher de notre SAV.

    Est-il possible de désactiver l'ionisation de mon purificateur d'air ?

    Ce n'est pas possible sur BULDAIR. Pour rappel, il s'agit d'une ionisation par brosse carbonnée qui n'émet pas d'ozone.
